The Curse is to be taken with caution, avoid taking for more than 7 days consecutively or before bedtime! This pre-workout must be tried to experience the intense energy surge and appreciate how good it really is. Mix 1-2 scoops in about 200mls of water depending on how strong you like your flavour, drink 30mins pre-workout and this will kick in just in time to tear up the gym!
This will give you that energy and focus needed to kick you off and see you through, but think about taking an intra-workout like Warrior Storm, or Bodybuilding Warehouse Excel (see our store) along with you to aid your muscles further during your workout providing them with that little extra BCAAs needed to recover!
