We do not ship abroad. Our products can only be purchased in Great Britain.

Our Right to Cancel
If, for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the inability or inability to deliver goods to us by manufacturers or suppliers of goods, we are unable to deliver the goods to you, we may cancel the contract at any time prior to the delivery of the goods upon notice. That’s the easy part as we offer free shipping and a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. However, the item must be unopened. We do not refund return shipping costs. Please make sure to use the tracking service as we are not responsible for lost packages on the way back to us. Please inform us before deciding to return the product to us.

Did you receive a damaged product?

Remember to always open the package at the courier. If the product is damaged, do not collect the parcel from the courier. Parcel will be sent back to us with no costs. If you have picked up the parcel and you cannot check it at the courier, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. After confirming the claim, we will be able to send you a new product immediately or we will refund the money. All re-shipping costs are borne by Bodybuilding4you.co.uk.

Please let us know. We will immediately send you a return label by email that you can use to return your parcel. After receiving the product back, we will immediately send you the correct product. If you would like to exchange your product immediately, unfortunately you will have to bear the cost of returning it. After receiving the return product, we give you the money back. Usually our parcels are delivered from 2 to 4 working days. If this time has elapsed, please contact us immediately, so that we can track where the package is and possibly solve the problem with our courier.

We try to resolve all matters within 7 business days. If this is a complex issue and it may take longer to resolve, we will let you know and keep you updated at all times.
