Micellar Casein is a slow-release protein shake. It slowly releases amino acids into the bloodstream helping to contribute to growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
It can take up to six hours to completely digest and be utilised, making Micellar Casein the perfect protein for periods where access to food is limited.
We use whey protein that’s hormone and antibiotic free and made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA. Micellar Casein also contains Lacto Spore, a friendly bacteria.
